Described as "an assault on the
ears and mind", 'Everything on Red' play fractured retro-electro punk that
combines raw emotion and energy with mesmerising changes in rhythm. The truth
is, 'Everything on Red' sound like nothing else around - they are fresh and relate
to the modern music on their own terms.
The band's range of influence is diverse,
their ability to write music with quicksilver changes in direction and thought
provoking lyrics will suggest a mix of bands spanning decades. From Crimson and
Giant through Fugazi and Refused to Brand New and Saves the Day - a nod in this
direction a smile in that - but always with a clarity of their own to savour.
Casino Way Out is the first set of demos by 'Everything on Red.' These are
the first seven songs written as a group. The first EP is due for release in the
summer 2008 through Cash for Pigs records.
Everything on Red suggests an ultimate
gamble of passion, and simple crowd pleasing philosophies…… suck it
