Since I was a tiny man I've been dabbling in writing and playing music, both in bands and as a lone ranger.
After the youthfull spell in punk and indie groups that we all roll through, I have now recently turned to acoustic and guitar-driven folk music, fuelled by the vivacious acoustic scene in London.
Inspired by the 60s folk movement and perhaps the fantastical wanderings of a dreamer, I write in a somewhat fictitious style, tellings of tales and legends from the mind, yet which draw upon many realities and thoughts from my own life.
With the limitations of strictly acoustic music, I aim to diversify my sound with a creative approach to finger picking on the guitar, and I have a feeling that collaboration with a violin may be on its way somewhere in days yet to come ...
