Dr Robert was born in Hartlepool in the North East on the 8th January 1983. He moved to London 5 years ago and has been gigging regularly around London for the last year or so.
He performs
alone with an acoustic guitar and has supported John Power (ex The La's and Cast)
and is this year playing the Acoustic Festival of Britain in Derbyshire alongside
living legends Donovan, Midge Ure, a bloke from The Monkees and a bloke from The
Animals.
He has written over 40 songs and his songwriting and singing continue to improve and flourish. His influences are Lennon, Dylan, Oasis, The Verve, David Bowie and Pink Floyd.
